House cuts, slab footprints, perimeter footings and foundation trenches for residential and commercial projects. We coordinate spoil removal, site access and excavation stages around your build programme.
Earthworks and sub-base preparation for reinforced RibRaft pads, following the project-specific foundation design. Fill requirements, excavation depths and compaction are coordinated with your builder and engineer; reinforcing and concrete work are agreed separately.
Excavation for foundations detailed under NZS 3604 where it applies to the project, including specified footing trenches and pile holes. Ground conditions and foundation requirements must be confirmed by the appropriate designer or engineer.
Pad preparation and foundation excavation for garages, workshops, farm sheds and other outbuildings. We can strip the footprint, cut and fill to the required levels, place aggregate and excavate footing or post holes to the supplied design.
